NEED Hi-Resolution Tracker Pictures

Mike Fistere, myself and the Tracker PI team are getting ready to really rev up the Tracker advertisement  machine.

Mike has been in touch with the major magazines in the O Gauge hobby, Classic Toy Trains and OGR  to have a nice feature on the Trackers and our upcoming York layout this fall. Mike and I are putting together a small article, with photos, to send to the magazines. The deadline for this is April 1. We won’t be letting out all of the secrets but want to show the talent and creativity of all of our members enough to “keep ’em wanting more” and draw them to the Black Hall in October.

PLEASE email me any hi-resolution photos you may have of past Tracker displays. If you’ve got photos of the “big stuff” – John’s Hell Gate Bridge, Bernie’s Battlefield, and more, those would be great. We’ll take what we can get and pick a few to send to the magazines and for use on the OGR forum, etc.

NEW SHOW FOR THE TRACKERS!!

Mark your calendars – NEW SHOW FOR THE TRACKERS!

We will be doing a new event in Gaithersburg, MD on Saturday May 7. We will be running an approximately 20×20 foot O Gauge layout at the Gaithersburg Community Museum for Train Day as well as the city’s new “Milla De Mayo” event in the evening. We will be running from 10-8 on the patio between the museum’s B&O Budd Car and the CSX Main Line. If the weather is not favorable, we unfortu…nately will have to cancel. Keep your fingers crossed for good weather and mark the event down on your calendars!

Here are a few photos of the museum. The city has a beautiful museum in the freight house. Outside is the #14 steam engine, caboose, and RDC Car. The address for the musuem is 9 S. Summit Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20877
